Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 large eggs, whisked
100g banana, mashed
1tsp Natvia (if desired for sweetness)
60g YoPro yogurt
100g strawberries, sliced
Method:
1. Whisk egg and banana together. Stir in Natvia.
2. Using a tablespoon, pour into heated pan as pancakes.
3. Top with yogurt and fruit.
Note: this recipe can be bulked up as much as you like. Other toppings that we adore include peanut butter (powdered or natural form), extra banana, honey, dark chock chips etc!
