"Pop It On" Pizzas
Ingredients:
1 Mission Mini Wheat wrap
50g canned tomatoes
100g roasted chicken (either pre-cooked or bought)
1/4 cup light tasty cheese, grated
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
Basil, oregano, salt and pepper to season
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180oC.
2. Lay wrap on baking paper or lined baking tray.
3. Cover wrap with the canned tomato. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of tomato base.
4. Layer “pizza” with chicken and veggies then top with cheese.
5. Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
7. Place in oven until cheese is melted (this will not take long!)
